Hamstring Exercises

Contractions are what makes our muscles move.  Eccentric contractions may result in pulled muscle injuries like Pulled Groin or hamstring muscles.  Torn Muscle or an injured muscle can be so bad that it prevents the person from engaging in their usual daily activities.

There are many different kinds of exercises made specifically for the different body parts.  There are some which are made specifically for the hamstring and the development of the hamstring.  There are many different Hamstring Exercises used to stretch the body.  There are L shaped exercise which is made in such a way that you are making an L shape on the ground with your body.  This is also known as triangle posing exercise.  There is also the V shaped exercise which you have to bend your back in a way that your body is making a V shape.  There are also leg stretching exercises where in you lie down on the ground while bending you leg and letting it come near your face.  The balancing exercise is where you have to bend your legs in proper manner.  The left leg is not touching the ground while the other is bending and vise versa.  And lastly, the use of barbell.
